When working you listen to…
We usually listen to playlists on Youtube like “The Sound You Need”.
What is your favorite film? Do you follow any TV shows?
We love TV shows (right now we’re watching Suits, Vikings, and XXX among others). And if we had to choose a favorite film we would pick Law Abiding Citizen with Gerard Butler.
Your favorite designer right now:
If we had to pick just one, we’d pick Pierre Balmain for that risky touch and his designs charged with personality. We also really like designers such as Oscar de la Renta for his versatility and elegance, Christopher Decarnin for his rocker and effortless style, and Olivier Rousteing. All are successors to Balmain, an icon in fashion and a brand that is continually reinventing itself. We also have to note the couture designer Balenciaga, a role model we love.
Every day you’re inspired by…
You never know what each day holds and this is, without a doubt, the biggest incentive to get out of bed in the morning and face each new day!
If you could be somebody else, who would you be?
Every person is the way they are and that is what makes each of us so special… We wouldn’t change ourselves for anyone else.
Tell us a bit about the story behind Feitales.
We came up with the concept for Feitales at the end of summer 2013 when walking along the beach and remembering all the great moments of that summer: walks along the beach, evenings with friends, sunsets, nights of fun and reunions.
Tell us about your product. What do you sell? How do you make it?
The goal was to combine all those memories and emotions into something that gave people a sense of happiness, freedom and fun… But, how? Through our reinterpretation of the Spanish espadrille (a comfortable, summery shoe perfect for any occasion), with an innovative design and affordable prices. Our idea is to promote Spanish design and product, as well as the quality of our materials, to the world. We also want to leave a small mark of our roots… Hence the name of the brand, Feitales, a small cape in the south of Galicia, near Vigo.
A goal to achieve? The next steps for your brand?
The consumer is acquiring new habits when it comes to searching and buying products and this is forcing companies everywhere to change. At Feitales we’re betting on the online world and the main markets or pop-up stores at a national level, as a way of establishing contact with our customers.
Why do you use Bloombees?
We think Bloombees can open doors for us when it comes to national, but above all, international sales (a door we have barely opened and which we are anxious to explore).
What do you like most about Bloombees? How does it help you to sell online?
Its ease-of-use, speed and simplicity for the customer are, without a doubt, factors that we think will make selling through this app an advantage over others.
